Schedule/Hours:

Days and nights available 13-week assignment Flexibility to float between two partner hospitals

Qualifications:

Active licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred Recent clinical experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist or Certified Respiratory Therapist Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Experience working in a hospital or acute-care environment, with the ability to adapt to different units

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, and deliver respiratory care to patients with acute or chronic conditions Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot respiratory therapy equipment Administer prescribed respiratory treatments and therapies Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Document care provided in compliance with hospital standards and regulatory guidelines Respond efficiently to emergency situations and provide rapid respiratory interventions as needed Float between designated hospital locations to meet dynamic patient care demands
