Requirements:

Active credentials as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) Current BLS and ACLS certifications Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or a valid medical exemption Previous experience delivering therapeutic and diagnostic respiratory care Ability to respond to on-call needs as scheduled during day shift hours Commitment to upholding patient safety, confidentiality, and ethical standards

Schedule:

Day shift with on-call responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Perform assessment, monitoring, and care of patients requiring respiratory therapy Administer prescribed respiratory treatments and procedures, such as oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and chest physiotherapy Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot respiratory equipment, including ventilators and monitoring systems Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and adjust individualized care plans Educate patients and their families on respiratory practices, medication use, and equipment Accurately document patient progress and treatment responses in compliance with facility standards Contribute to emergency and on-call interventions as needed
