Category Respiratory - Respiratory Therapist Job Type Contract An exciting opportunity is available for skilled professionals with expertise as a Respiratory Therapist or Registered Respiratory Therapist. This contract position offers the chance to provide high-quality care in a dynamic healthcare environment, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to support patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions.

Qualifications:
Active credentials as a Respiratory Therapist (RT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Current state license to practice Previous clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare facility setting preferred Proficiency with respiratory therapy equipment and ventilation methods Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team setting
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and deliver therapeutic interventions for patients with respiratory disorders Monitor patient progress, adjust care plans, and document treatments accurately in medical records Administer oxygen therapy, chest physiotherapy, aerosol treatments, and manage mechanical ventilation Educate patients and family members on respiratory care procedures and techniques Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices for patient safety Benefits of this
