The facility offers full-spectrum post-hospital services for patients recovering from complex and serious conditions. In this role, you will utilize your skills and knowledge in managing patients with respiratory conditions. Your responsibilities will include providing ventilator support, performing regular assessments, and developing and implementing personalized care plans.
