This position qualifies for student loan repayment of up to $15,000, or a hiring bonus of up to $12,000, plus $5,000 in relocation assistance for eligible candidates!! Our Respiratory Therapists are key to helping patients through COVID-19 and multiple other conditions. They care for everyone - from infants to patients over 100! Full-time or Part-time positions available | Every other weekend | Rotating holidays Our Respiratory Therapists are part of the lifesaving response teams that assist during patient emergencies. Here are some of the responsibilities of this role: Complete vent management, transport, conscious sedations, and blood gas analysis Member of a critical team assisting critical needs of patients Ability to share input and discuss orders with providers to meet patient needs Support a Level III Trauma Center with respiratory needs Mentor for new graduates that start their careers on our team What you'll receive: Support as a new grad RT Open communication among your team and leaders Be a part of a diverse, dynamic, and knowledgeable team An environment where employees are supported in building their skills Comprehensive total benefits package , compensation based on your experience Qualifications Graduate of a two or four year Respiratory Care Program (preferably through the CoARC) Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) within two years of hire Licensed as a Respiratory Therapist (RT) in the State of MN or temporary RT permit required Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card can be obtained upon hire •To be eligible for recruitment incentives you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position.
