8:30 AM-5:00 PM +

Work Arrangement:

On-site; 85% office, 15% field +

Driving Territory:

Up to 1 hour from branch

• Salary Range
• + $27.00-$35.00 per hour. Compensation offered may vary based on job-related factors including experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
• On-Call Transparency
• + Rotating on-call schedule shared with other Respiratory Therapists
• What You'll Do
• + Conduct home visits to perform oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP, and ventilation equipment setups and follow ups + Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use, cleaning, troubleshooting, and maintenance + Assess patient needs, document care delivered, and escalate concerns appropriately + Respond to hospital discharge requests and support patient needs + Collaborating with physicians, case managers, and internal branch teams + Maintain accurate documentation using iPad/laptop + Set up and operate various types of respiratory care equipment, including, but not limited to, oxygen therapy, nebulization therapy, apnea monitoring, suctioning, PAP, invasive and non-invasive ventilation + Inspects and tests equipment to ensure proper operating condition + Perform clinical assessments and tests such as pulse oximetry, ETCO2, spirometry and gathering vital signs + Performs other duties as required •What We Look For•+ Registered Respiratory Therapist with an active MO RT license.

IL RT License is a plus or willingness to obtain. + Open to candidates with varying experience levels; 1+ year preferred + Ability to stand, lift, push and/or pull objects ranging from 10 - 50 lbs. + Valid driver's license + Comfortable using mobile technology, navigation tools, and digital documentation

• Education
• + Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
• Certificates, licenses, registrations or professional designations
• + Hold a current RCP license in the state of practice (or states that the location covers) if that state requires an RCP license to allow the practice of respiratory therapy + Hold a current CPR Certification + Hold all applicable licensure in good standing for all states of practice If you feel this opportunity could be the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply.
