1 Description American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with adult ICU and general care experience for a night shift travel assignment at an academic medical center. Details 13-week travel assignment at an academic medical center Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics unit Adult ICU and general care patient population Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts, 19:00-07:30 Every other weekend required Floating is required Holiday coverage required for approximately 50% of holidays occurring during the contract Cerner charting preferred but not required Requirements Active RRT license required; license required if applicable Missouri or Compact RRT license must be in hand at time of consideration Minimum 2 years of overall respiratory therapy experience Minimum 1 year of experience in respiratory/neuro diagnostics or the specialty being applied for Adult ICU and general care experience required Must be able to ambulate, reach, and move objects weighing up to and over 20 lbs 2 professional references required Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront Additional Information Position involves rotating shifts in a 24/7 healthcare facility, including holidays and inclement weather Role requires regular patient contact, including those with contagious illnesses Pending license candidates will be considered Candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility are eligible to apply but may be considered at a different pay rate Cerner charting experience is preferred
