Position Highlights:
Utilize advanced patient assessment skills as a Respiratory Therapist. Apply knowledge and credentials as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).

Qualifications:
Active licensure as a Respiratory Therapist. Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required. Previous experience in an acute care or hospital setting is highly desirable. Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
Core Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory procedures following departmental protocols. Administer, monitor, and document respiratory treatments and interventions. Collaborate with physicians and medical staff to develop and adjust individualized care plans. Respond promptly to respiratory emergencies and provide critical ventilatory assistance. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot respiratory equipment safely. Educate patients and families on respiratory therapy procedures and ongoing care.
