Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Full Time Great Falls, MT 59404 Permanent, Full-time Permanent, Full-time Jackson HealthPros is hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a permanent position with a local healthcare provider where you'll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders.

Minimum Requirements :

Associate or bachelor's degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program. Current state license in good standing with the State License Board. BLS certification. Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required. Experience in ICU ventilator management and post-operative ventilator care preferred. Experience with PB 980 ventilators preferred. Comfortable and confident working in an ICU environment. Willingness to participate in ongoing training and skill development, including bedside bronchoscopy and intubation training as offered by the facility. Open to relocation candidates!

Schedule & Shift Details :

12-hour shifts.

Day rotation:

6:00 AM-6:00 PM 36-hour weekly guarantee. Flexible scheduling may allow for preference toward nights, though rotation is expected when needed.

Preferred Clinical Skills :

Strong ventilator management skills. Experience or willingness to train in intubation, arterial line placement, and bedside bronchoscopy. Ability to function intentionally, reliably, and as a team-oriented clinician.

Compensation & Incentives :

Compensation varies by experience. Sign-on bonus currently listed at $10,000
