Job Description

Qualifications:
Active credential as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) State licensure or eligibility as required for Respiratory Therapists Demonstrated ability to administer a full range of respiratory treatments and interventions Experience with ventilator management and airway care preferred Strong assessment, documentation, and patient education skills Ability to collaborate effectively with nurses, physicians, and other allied health staff Flexibility to adapt to varying patient acuity and changing priorities
Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and deliver respiratory therapy treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols Perform diagnostic evaluations such as arterial blood gas analysis and pulmonary function tests Monitor patients' responses to treatment, adjusting therapy and reporting changes as appropriate Maintain accurate documentation in patient medical records Educate patients and their families on equipment usage, therapies, and healthy respiratory practices Ensure all respiratory therapy equipment is functioning safely and effectively Promote infection control and safety procedures throughout all patient care activities This contract role offers an excellent environment to contribute your skills and learn new techniques in a respected healthcare facility.
