This is an opportunity to work in a supportive, patient-centered environment where your expertise directly impacts patient outcomes across acute and critical care settings.
We are currently offering:
  • $8,000 Sign-On Bonus

Position Summary:
As a Respiratory Therapist at Cottage Hospital, you will provide physician-directed respiratory care treatments and diagnostic services to patients of all ages. You will play a key role in assessing respiratory conditions, administering therapies, managing ventilators, and collaborating closely with physicians and nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer oxygen therapy, aerosols, medications, and other respiratory treatments
  • Provide critical care support including ventilator and airway management
  • Perform pulmonary function studies, arterial blood gas sampling, oximetry, and other diagnostic procedures
  • Assess patient respiratory status and communicate findings with the healthcare team
  • Accurately document treatments, responses, and patient progress
  • Maintain respiratory therapy equipment and ensure a safe, organized work environment

Qualifications Education Required Associates or better. Experience Required Current New Hampshire Respiratory Therapist license. Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) certification required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy. Preferred Previous experience in a healthcare setting, with strong critical care skills, is a plus. Licenses & Certifications Required Respiratory Care Preferred Basic Life Support ACLS
