m.), for a steady 24-hour schedule that keeps your days free. If you also carry a Pennsylvania license, you may float for a 3rd shift, adding variety and extra experience to your week. On the unit, you'll use your skills across adult and NICU populations, managing vents, supporting critical patients, and collaborating closely with nurses and providers to keep care efficient and patient-focused. Expect a hands-on role where your expertise is visible and valued on every shift. Free on-site parking makes commuting simple, and a flexible scrub policy (any color) keeps your prep time easy. This is a fast-moving environment with ASAP starts, ideal for travelers and experienced RRTs who thrive on jumping in, contributing quickly, and building a strong resume with diverse patient care.
