Take Your Respiratory Therapy Career on the Road with Elevate RT Elevate Respiratory Therapy Group is launching our growing Travel RT Program , and we are looking for experienced Respiratory Therapists who are ready to bring high-quality respiratory care to skilled nursing facilities where they are needed most. This is a 13-week travel assignment in either Bedford, New Hampshire or Kenosha, Wisconsin , with the opportunity to support other Elevate RT partner facilities based on operational and patient-care needs. Required Facility Placement:
A skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting, which might change during the 13-week assignment based on business and patient-care needs Travel RTs should be comfortable working at different Elevate RT partner facilities when needed. Any assignment changes and associated travel expectations will be communicated in advance. Travel Package Our travel program is currently expanding, and the final compensation package will be discussed with qualified candidates.

What You Will Be Doing As a Travel RT with Elevate RT, you will: Provide hands-on respiratory care to patients in skilled nursing facilities Assess patients and implement individualized respiratory care plans Administer respiratory treatments and medications Monitor patient progress and identify changes in respiratory status Provide tracheostomy, oxygen, and other respiratory care within your scope of practice Educate patients, families, and facility staff as appropriate Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Adapt quickly to different facilities, patient populations, and care teams Represent Elevate RT professionally at each assigned facility What We Are Looking For This opportunity is ideal for an RT who: Enjoys traveling and experiencing new locations Is comfortable adapting to different skilled nursing environments Can work confidently and independently Communicates effectively with facility leadership and clinical teams Is dependable, flexible, and patient focused Is interested in completing multiple travel assignments with Elevate RT as our program grows Requirements Active Respiratory Therapist (RT) license Active New Hampshire or WIsconsin respiratory care license or ability to obtain appropriate licensure prior to assignment (we can assist with the rapid licensure process in New Hampshire) Ability and willingness to travel as required by the assignment Ability to work 12-hour day shifts Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Successful completion of all required background, credentialing, and onboarding requirements Previous skilled nursing, long-term care, or travel experience is preferred but not required.
