Desired Qualifications:
Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Credentialed through the NBRC (National Board for Respiratory Care) BLS and ACLS certification (preferred) At least one year of recent respiratory therapy experience Proficiency with ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and airway care Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive respiratory care to patients across all age groups Assess, implement, and update respiratory treatment plans in collaboration with medical teams Monitor patient responses and adjust therapies accordingly Operate and troubleshoot respiratory equipment, including ventilators and diagnostic devices Maintain accurate patient records and participate in quality improvement initiatives Educate patients and families on respiratory therapies as needed
