On‑site; 20% office, 80% road. +

Hours:

10 AM - 6:30 PM; flexible. +

Driving Distance:

Covers roughly 80% of NYC.

• Salary range
• + $47 - $57 per hour
• On-Call transparency
• + Once‑a‑month rotation; minimal in‑person visits but paid overtime if required.
• What you'll do
• + Conduct home visits to perform oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP, and ventilation equipment setups and follow‑ups + Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use, cleaning, troubleshooting, and maintenance + Assess patient needs, document care delivered, and escalate concerns appropriately + Respond to hospital discharge requests and support patient needs + Collaborating with physicians, case managers, and internal branch teams + Maintain accurate documentation using iPad/laptop + Set up and operate various types of respiratory care equipment, including, but not limited to, oxygen therapy, nebulization therapy, apnea monitoring, suctioning, PAP, invasive and non-invasive ventilation + Inspects and tests equipment to ensure proper operating condition + Perform clinical assessments and tests such as pulse oximetry, ETCO2, spirometry and gathering vital signs + Performs other duties as required •What we look for•+ Registered Respiratory Therapist with an active NY RT license + Ability to stand, lift, push and/or pull objects ranging from 10 - 50 lbs.

+ Valid driver's license + Comfortable using mobile technology, navigation tools, and digital documentation

• Education
• + Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
• Certificates, licenses, registrations or professional designations
