This Acute Care RRT - Nights role reports to the Respiratory Therapy Manager with collaborative support from critical care leadership and medical directors. Core responsibilities include rapid response and code participation, airway leadership, invasive and noninvasive ventilation, high-flow oxygen therapy, ABG sampling and interpretation, protocol-driven care, precise documentation, and equipment readiness, while partnering seamlessly with friendly nurses, physicians, pharmacists, and a diverse allied team backed by educators, charge RTs, and responsive supply and biomed services.
