Key Qualifications:

Current and valid licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Graduation from an accredited respiratory therapy program Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications Strong knowledge of respiratory care practices, equipment, and protocols Excellent communication, assessment, and documentation skills Previous clinical experience in an acute care setting is highly desired

Standard shifts; schedule and shift details provided during the interview process

Core Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory procedures, including ventilator management, aerosol therapy, and airway care Assess, monitor, and document patient progress and response to treatment Educate patients and their families on respiratory care techniques and equipment usage Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to develop care plans and support optimal patient outcomes Safely operate, clean, and maintain respiratory equipment Ensure all respiratory therapy services are delivered in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
