Responsibilities include assessing respiratory status, providing comfort-focused treatments, educating patients and families on respiratory equipment and oxygen therapy, documenting care, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary hospice team to support quality end-of-life care. Qualifications Current state Respiratory Therapist license (CRT or RRT) Minimum 1 year of RT experience preferred Hospice, home health, or palliative care experience preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication and compassionate patient care skills Schedule Per diem / as-needed flexibility, including possible evenings and weekends.
