Job Description

Category Respiratory Therapist Job Type Contract Make a meaningful difference in patient care by utilizing your expertise as a Respiratory Therapist. This contract opportunity spans 13 weeks and is ideal for those who are passionate about providing critical respiratory support in a healthcare environment.
Schedule:
3 shifts per week (12 hours each) Night shifts: 7:00 pm - 7:30 am
Qualifications:
Registered Respiratory Therapist credentials Valid Ohio license Active BLS certification Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a respiratory therapy role
Responsibilities:
Deliver safe and effective respiratory care to patients, including administering oxygen, aerosolized medications, and performing chest physiotherapy Evaluate patient responses and document clinical observations accurately Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop, implement, and adjust patient care plans Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot ventilators and other respiratory therapy equipment Participate in emergency resuscitation efforts as needed Educate patients and families regarding respiratory procedures and home care strategies Experience a collaborative environment where your knowledge and skill are highly valued, and your contributions make an immediate impact on patient outcomes.
