Schedule/Hours:

On call 4 nights within a six-week schedule

Desired Qualifications:

Active, unrestricted license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist Proven experience in all RT modalities (ICU, ER, neonatal, pediatric, adult care, etc.) Current BLS and ACLS certifications Adaptability in fast-paced healthcare environments Strong collaboration and communication abilities

Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive respiratory care to patients of varying acuity Administer and monitor ventilator support, oxygen therapy, and airway management Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient progress Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and allied staff to ensure high standards of care Educate patients and families on respiratory care plans Provide rapid response and participate in code situations calmly and efficiently
