Cedarview Rehabilitation and Nursing in Lebanon, Ohio is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Respiratory Therapist (RT) to join our team on the full-time night shift . Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate respiratory care equipment such as ventilators, aerosol generators, and therapeutic gas systems. Administer prescribed oxygen, medications, and respiratory treatments under a physician's direction. Monitor and document patient responses, vital signs, and treatment outcomes. Assist patients with breathing exercises and rehabilitation techniques. Inspect, test, and maintain respiratory equipment for safety and performance; coordinate repairs as needed. Educate and demonstrate respiratory care procedures to trainees and medical staff. Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to provide high-quality respiratory support.
Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program. Active State of Ohio Respiratory Care Practitioner License (required). 1-3 months of related experience or equivalent training. Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to patient care.
