PRN Respiratory Therapist

CareCore at Mentor is seeking a PRN Respiratory Therapist to join our clinical team and support our skilled nursing and rehabilitation residents.

Responsibilities:

Provide respiratory care treatments in accordance with physician orders Monitor and assess residents' respiratory status Administer oxygen therapy and breathing treatments Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team

Qualifications:

Active Respiratory Therapist license in the state of Ohio Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred Strong clinical and communication skills Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
