Job Description

Category Respiratory Therapist Job Type Contract Step into a vital role within a supportive hospital environment as a Respiratory Therapist, where your skills and dedication will directly impact patient care. This contract position is ideal for both Certified and Registered Respiratory Therapists seeking a rewarding and fast-paced setting.
Schedule/Hours:
8-week assignment with potential for extension Three 12-hour day shifts per week (9 am - 9 pm) No weekend shifts; work days are
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Friday Qualifications:
Valid state license as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Experience in Emergency Department (ED) and/or Medical-Surgical (Med/Surg) settings highly desired; LTAC RTs welcome Strong knowledge of ventilator management Excellent communication and teamwork skills Must be adaptable to small facility settings—25 beds, no
ICU Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive respiratory care including assessment, treatment, and management for assigned patients Manage and monitor ventilator-dependent individuals, ensuring proper respiratory support Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes Respond promptly to respiratory emergencies in both ED and Med/Surg environments Accurately document treatments, interventions, and patient responses in accordance with regulatory requirements This opportunity offers a professionally rewarding experience with a competitive pay rate of $90 per hour.
