$50.25 per hour Competitive pay packages and weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2), paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team committed to your success What You'll Do Provide respiratory care to critically ill adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients under supervision Assist with ventilator management and airway care Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on treatment plans Train respiratory therapy personnel in critical care settings Document patient care activities accurately and efficiently Support patient safety and comfort during treatment Maintain and troubleshoot respiratory equipment as needed What You Need Current CRT license and certification Prior experience in adult, pediatric, or neonatal critical care preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards About the Assignment This position is with a leading healthcare facility in Lawton, OK, dedicated to providing top-tier patient care in critical settings.
