We are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) to join our clinical team and provide vital pulmonary care to our residents in a supportive, team-oriented skilled nursing environment.

Predictable scheduling with supportive nursing leadership Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive respiratory assessments and administer specialized care to residents with pulmonary conditions. Manage and maintain respiratory equipment, including oxygen delivery systems, nebulizers, tracheostomy care, and mechanical ventilation/CPAP/BiPAP as required. Collaborate closely with attending physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams to develop and update resident care plans. Monitor resident responses to treatments, document progress accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, and respond promptly to respiratory changes or emergencies. Educate residents, families, and facility staff on respiratory management, equipment operation, and therapy goals.
Qualifications & Requirements Education:
Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care/Therapy program.
Licensure:
Active Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (Required).
Certifications:
Current RRT or CRT credential from the NBRC; active BLS/CPR certification (Required).
Experience:
1+ years of clinical experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Long-Term Care (LTC), or Acute Care setting preferred (New grads welcome to apply) . Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to elderly and rehabilitative resident care.
