Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required Valid state licensure for practice as a Respiratory Therapist Current BLS and ACLS certifications preferred Experience with both adult and pediatric respiratory care a plus Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication abilities Ability to adapt quickly in diverse clinical settings
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive respiratory care, including ventilator management, arterial blood gas analysis, and airway management Assess, monitor, and document patients' cardiopulmonary status Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to develop and modify care plans Educate patients and families on respiratory care and equipment Uphold rigorous infection control and safety standards
