1 Description American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with adult critical care and ED experience for a night shift position in a neuro diagnostics and respiratory therapy unit. Details Work in a Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics unit at an acute care medical center Adult critical care and emergency department patient population, including a neuro population Procedures include nebulized medication therapy (AeroEclipse, Aerobika flutter valves), chest percussion, bedside parameters (FVC/NIF) for neuro patients, V60 BiPAP, Comfort Flow Heated High Flow Nasal Cannula Systems, transport ventilators, Glidescope intubation and bronchoscopy, Puritan Bennett 980 ventilators, bedside bronchoscopies, percutaneous tracheostomy, Radiometer ABL 90 Flex analyzers, nebulized Epoprostenol, and HeliOx services Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00-07:30) 13-week contract Requirements Current RRT credential required Active certifications: ACLS and BLS TN state license required if applicable Adult critical care and emergency department work setting experience required Additional Information Bi-weekly orientation provided RTO will not be accommodated during holidays or holiday weeks; travelers may discuss any holiday RTO directly with the manager after arriving onsite using the RTO form Accepts local candidates
