Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment with variable shifts depending on facility needs
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Current and valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program Active license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Texas (or eligible for reciprocity) BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS preferred Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments and protocols
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assess, treat, and care for patients with breathing or other cardiopulmonary disorders Administer respiratory therapy treatments and manage ventilatory support equipment Monitor patient responses and collaborate with physicians and nursing staff Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records Educate patients and families regarding respiratory care and therapy
