Qualifications:
Active license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist Completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Minimum of one year of clinical experience in respiratory therapy preferred Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate respiratory care for patients across various age groups Administer oxygen, aerosol, and other respiratory treatments Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as necessary Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams Document patient progress and maintain compliance with facility protocols
