Key Qualifications:
Current and valid state licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program Experience in acute care or hospital setting preferred Proficient in administering respiratory therapies, managing ventilators, and performing related diagnostic procedures Strong communication and patient advocacy skills
Role Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and implement respiratory care procedures according to physician orders and clinical guidelines Monitor and document patient progress, responding to changes promptly Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals Educate patients and families on treatments, equipment use, and self-care techniques Maintain accurate records and comply with regulatory standards
