Skills & Qualifications:
Valid licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) highly preferred Previous experience in acute care or hospital environments is advantageous Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, monitor, and provide respiratory care to patients of varying ages and conditions Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and perform chest physiotherapy Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans Operate and troubleshoot ventilators and other respiratory equipment Document patient assessment, interventions, and outcomes accurately
