Schedule:

Weekdays, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM 13-week contract

Qualifications:

Valid certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) At least 2 years of recent experience, preferably in a generalist capacity Experience working with GE equipment required BLS certification required ACLS and NRP certifications preferred Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and the ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

Deliver a range of respiratory care modalities to patients of varying acuity, ensuring the highest safety and quality standards Assess, plan, and evaluate respiratory care plans in coordination with physicians and nursing staff Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot respiratory therapy equipment and devices Provide responsive interventions during respiratory emergencies and participate in code situations as needed Document all care provided, following facility guidelines and compliance requirements Educate patients and families about respiratory therapies, equipment, and aftercare protocols
