Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Current registration as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Valid state licensure as required for practice BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; ACLS preferred Previous acute care or hospital experience strongly preferred Strong communication and critical thinking abilities Adaptable to rapidly changing patient needs and environments
Primary Responsibilities:
Administer respiratory therapy treatments and diagnostic procedures Assess, monitor, and document patient progress and responses Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff on individualized care plans Manage and maintain advanced respiratory equipment Provide patient education to promote self-management and wellness Respond to respiratory emergencies and provide life-support interventions
