Job Summary The Registered Respiratory Therapist II PRN, provides direct patient care, pulmonary care, and respiratory equipment management to Johns Hopkins Care at Home Group patients. You will be providing care in the home setting per JCAHO, state, and departmental standards. Provides care to adults of all ages, children, and infants. Develops and maintains the business process to ensure service excellence. Coordinates closely with the Senior Respiratory Therapist regarding performance, productivity, documentation, and patient care issues. Develop and maintain knowledge of regulations and agency policies.
Who Should Apply:
Associates Degree in Respiratory Care from a (COARC) accredited Respiratory Therapy Program required Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Care from a (COARC) accredited Respiratory Therapy Program is preferred. Maryland State License Required B.L.S. Required A.C.L.S. preferred All credentials must be maintained with active status. Current, valid Maryland Driver's License, preferably with no points.
Work Experience:
Professional Background Advanced position Two (2) years minimum clinical Respiratory experience in a hospital or home care setting Demonstrated and documented clinical and operational systems competency in a comparable RCS division.
Salary Range:
Minimum 43.00/hour - Maximum 43.00/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
