Required Qualifications & Experience:
Active and unencumbered Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential Current state licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start) 1+ year of clinical experience in respiratory care, preferably in an acute care setting Knowledge of ventilator management, airway care, and therapeutic respiratory modalities Strong adaptability, outstanding teamwork, and clear communication skills BLS certification (Advanced certifications preferred but not required)
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality respiratory care to a diverse patient population Perform assessments, develop care plans, and monitor respiratory therapy interventions Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams Document patient progress consistently and accurately Educate patients and families regarding respiratory therapies and equipment
