Key Qualifications:
Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential through the NBRC State of Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner license (or eligibility to obtain) Previous experience in acute care or hospital settings preferred Proficiency with a variety of respiratory modalities and equipment Analytical thinking, strong communication, and a compassionate approach to patient care
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and deliver respiratory interventions for patients of all ages Monitor, evaluate, and document patient response to therapy Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff on care plans and treatment adjustments Educate patients and families on respiratory treatments and techniques Maintain up-to-date records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols
