Key Qualifications:
Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential Current state RRT license or eligibility Recent acute care hospital experience preferred Proficiency in ventilator management, airway care, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive respiratory care to patients with diverse clinical needs Operate and troubleshoot respiratory equipment, including ventilators and oxygen devices Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams Assess, monitor, and document patient response to therapy Uphold infection control standards and ensure exceptional patient safety Educate patients and families on treatments and respiratory health management
