Required Qualifications:
Current registration as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Active respiratory care practitioner license appropriate for Washington state BLS and ACLS certifications (additional credentials may be required based on role specifics) Demonstrated experience in acute care or hospital-based settings Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver respiratory care modalities as prescribed, including oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and mechanical ventilation Perform diagnostic assessments and monitoring of patient progress Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare staff to optimize patient outcomes Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory guidelines Respond promptly to respiratory emergencies and provide advanced airway management
