Schedule:
3x12 hour shifts 6:00 pm to 6:00 am
Required Qualifications:
Active Wisconsin Respiratory Therapist license NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Minimum 1.5 years of recent Respiratory Therapist experience
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality respiratory care, including ventilator management, airway care, and emergency interventions Conduct respiratory assessments, administer therapies, and monitor patient progress Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans Accurately document patient interventions and outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards Educate patients and their families on respiratory care techniques and equipment
