Qualifications:

Valid credential as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) NICU experience is required Competence in phlebotomy and IV start/removal Current BLS and ACLS certifications Experience performing respiratory diagnostic and function tests Excellent communication and patient education skills Ability to work effectively in a critical access setting

Key Responsibilities:

Perform respiratory diagnostic and function tests Develop individualized respiratory treatment plans Monitor patient progress and modify therapies as needed Conduct phlebotomies and manage IV starts/removals Educate patients and caregivers on home and equipment use Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
