Key Responsibilities Provide setup, education, and ongoing support for home respiratory equipment Perform in-home patient visits and clinical assessments Deliver patient education on proper equipment use, compliance, and safety Maintain regular phone follow-ups with respiratory patients Accurately document all patient interactions, services, and equipment setups Set up and manage advanced respiratory equipment including: CPAP/BiPAP devices Non-invasive ventilators Other high-acuity respiratory equipment as needed Participate in an on-call rotation with team members as needed Support training and development of staff as directed by leadership Ensure compliance with company policies, payer guidelines, and regulatory standards Qualifications Active RRT or CRT credential required Valid driver's license with ability to travel for patient visits Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Home respiratory or DME experience preferred , but not required Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Participation in an on-call rotation as needed Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Commission pay for visits/setups Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Retirement Plan Options Additional supplemental insurance options
