Job Description

Respiratory therapists in nursing homes play a crucial role in providing specialized care for residents with respiratory disorders.
Their responsibilities include:
Assessment and Diagnosis :
Evaluating residents' respiratory function through tests and exams.
Treatment Implementation :
Administering therapies such as percussion therapy and nebulization treatments. Monitoring will involve tracking improvement of symptoms and assessing the effectiveness of treatments. Regular documentation and communication with the nursing staff and other healthcare providers are crucial in this process.
