Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Exciting opportunities await skilled Speech Language Pathologists and Assistants seeking a rewarding contract role supporting students from pre-K through 12th grade. SLP-CCC, SLP
Clinical Fellows (CFY), and SLPA professionals ready to deliver high-quality services in a school setting.
Qualifications:
Valid Alaska SLP or SLPA license required SLPs must hold (or be eligible to obtain) Alaska Educator Certification SLPA candidates only need current Alaska SLPA license Background or experience in pediatric or school-based settings greatly valued SLP Clinical Fellows (CFY) and experienced clinicians both welcome
Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech-language therapy to a diverse student population (pre-K-12) Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) Complete evaluations, progress reports, and maintain precise documentation Collaborate closely with teachers, administration, and families Manage a caseload, with SLPs overseeing up to approximately 55 students Employ evidence-based intervention, supporting students' academic and social development
