Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Alabama Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Assess and treat students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders Provide individualized therapy and implement IEPs in collaboration with teachers and staff Conduct screenings and evaluations as per school policies Document progress and maintain accurate records Participate in IEP meetings and family conferences
