Key Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active state licensure in Alabama (or eligibility to obtain). Preferably ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), but CFY candidates are welcome. Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is valued. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Provide speech-language therapy services for students during maternity leave coverage. Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with communication disorders. Collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families. Support IEP development and maintain thorough documentation. Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.
