Desired Qualifications:
Hold a current and valid Alabama license as a Speech Language Pathologist Previous experience in school-based or pediatric speech-language services preferred Familiarity with IEP processes and case management is a plus Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Commitment to fostering student development and progress
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver both direct and indirect therapy services to students in accordance with individualized education programs (IEPs) Manage caseloads efficiently, ensuring compliance with federal and state guidelines Maintain detailed documentation and accurate progress tracking for each student Engage collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success Participate in meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of appropriate treatment plans
