Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state SLP license or eligibility to obtain one Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Previous experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations is highly valued Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to achieve student success

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students as needed Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals Provide direct and consultative therapy services Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all sessions and progress Participate actively in IEP meetings and offer expert input as part of the multi-disciplinary team Educate and support teachers and families on strategies to reinforce progress outside therapy sessions
