Job Description

Step into an opportunity to support elementary students across PreK through 6th grade as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) at a single, cohesive school site. Qualifications & Experience Sought:

Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Current state licensure (or eligibility) as required for school-based practice Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly preferred Proficient in evaluating and developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage students, staff, and parents

Role Highlights & Daily Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy services to elementary students, supporting communication skill-building and academic achievement Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine speech and language needs Craft, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, resource staff, and families to support student success Maintain detailed and timely documentation of services and student progress Participate in school meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
