Pre-K through 6th Grade Soliant Health is partnering with a welcoming school district in Heflin, Alabama, to hire a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming school year. This full-time opportunity allows you to work with students from Pre-K through 6th grade, helping them build strong communication skills that support academic achievement and lifelong success. Responsibilities Conduct speech and language evaluations for Pre-K through 6th grade students. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals. Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success. Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation. Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active or eligible Alabama SLP license. Alabama Department of Education certification (or ability to obtain if required).
