In this vital role, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Your expertise will help improve patients' quality of life by developing personalized therapy plans and providing targeted interventions. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' speech, language, cognitive-communication, and using standardized tests and clinical observations. Deliver engaging therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques to improve speech clarity, and language comprehension. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, occupational therapists, audiologists, and caregivers to coordinate care plans. Educate patients and their families on strategies to support communication. Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and treatment progress notes, Stay current with advancements in speech-language pathology practices by participating in ongoing professional development. Experience Proven experience in speech therapy across diverse populations, such as pediatric. Demonstrated ability to implement evidence-based therapy techniques tailored to individual child needs.
